1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the Agro Mobile App (“App”) developed by Pakiza Software Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, distribute, host, or commercially exploit the App.
• Copy or use the App beyond the permitted license.
• Modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices (copyright, trademark).

4. Permissions & Access

To provide full service, the App requires these permissions:

You agree to grant these permissions for intended functionality.

5. Third‑Party Services

The App may display or link to third‑party content or services. Pakiza Software Ltd is not responsible for any third‑party services, including accuracy, legality, or quality.

6. Updates

We may provide Updates (patches, fixes, upgrades) at our discretion. Updates may modify or remove features. We have no obligation to provide Updates or continue any particular feature.

7. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or us. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Termination is immediate if you violate any provision. You may also terminate by deleting the App. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies.
